Brenda Eillean Neighbors passed away on February 4th 2025 at the age of 77. Brenda was born October 19, 1947 to the late Garl and Vivian Elsey in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She married Ronald (Ronnie) L. Bailey on July 5th 1966 and had 3 children; Mark (Krista) Bailey, Mike (Keisha) Bailey, and Deanna Bennett. In 1980 Ronnie passed in a accident while working.  In 1981 she started a new life in Punta Gorda, Fl after she met Owen Neighbors. She diffidently lived life to the fullest. She was a homemaker, mother of 3,  grandmother of 7, and  great grandmother of 7. Brenda had a heart of gold, many times bringing homeless to come and stay. She never met a stranger. Her greatest enjoyment was her family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
