Bruce Alan Lindengrass suddenly passed away on July 30, 2020, at his ocean-view home in Ormond Beach, Florida at the age of 70.

Bruce was born on July 22, 1950, in Honolulu, Hawaii to William and Ruth Lindengrass. He graduated from Pemberton Township High School in 1968 and served in the United States Air Force from 1969-1972, where he became disabled serving his country. Bruce graduated from Burlington County Com- munity College, where he studied photography. He was a member of the Security Police at Andrews AFB and was a lifelong member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). After living in Brown Mills, New Jersey, Bruce moved to Daytona and then to Ormond Beach, Florida to spend the remainder of his life where he had deep childhood roots, following treasured annual family vacations with his brother to his Grandpa's home in sunny Ormond Beach.

Bruce is survived by his brother William (Lynn) Lindengrass of North Granby, Connecticut, his niece Jill Mooneyham (Jeffrey Kezerian) of Simsbury, Connecticut, his two great-nephews Matthew and William Mooneyham of Simsbury, Connecticut, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents William and Cathleen Lindengrass and George and Alice Cooper, and his parents William and Ruth Lindengrass, of Pemberton, New Jersey.

Bruce was an easy-going spirit who always had a kind heart towards those he met. He had an affection for those in need – whether they were homeless, veterans battling PTSD or stray dogs in need of a home. His nephews were especially fond of him and enjoyed his dry sense of humor. Bruce will always be remembered as a kindhearted and gentle man.

A celebration of Bruce's life was not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions. All are welcome to make a donation in his name to their local homeless shelter, animal rescue organization, or Veterans groups that aids those who experience PTSD such as the Disabled American Veterans .

Bruce was dearly loved and will be forever re- membered by his family and friends.
