Carl O. Dickey, Jr, age 84, of Orlando passed away on January 21, 2016 after a brief illness. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Helen McCaslin Dickey and Carl O. Dickey, Sr. He is preceded by his wife, Jacqueline McClellan Dickey, and his parents. He graduated from Duke University where he was a member of SAE fraternity and the baseball team. He served in the Air Force and received his M.Ed. from Rollins College. He was a teacher and school counselor at Jackson Heights Middle School in Oviedo for most of his career. He was an avid sports enthusiast and could usualy be found playing tennis on the Ft. Gatlin courts. He always looked forward to his monthly poker games with his friends. He is survived by his three children Kevin Dickey (Abdiel Pena), Elizabeth and (Steve) and Allison Dickey; His grandchildren Mathew and (Alex and great grandson, Miles), Megan and Meredith Martinez and his beloved dog Peekaboo.
