Carl C. Green, age 86, died of heart failure on October 14, 2021, at Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages, FL. Carl is survived by his wife, Joyce, of 60 years; his son Kenneth Green, of Kansas; and his daughter, Debra Weber, of Arizona. He is preceded in death by his brother, Buddy E., of Fort Pierce, FL; his sisters, Judy Fowler and Carmel; and his brother, Jim and Doug of Fort Pierce, FL. Carl was born on September 3, 1935, in Fort Pierce, FL, to parents Shelton and Beatrice Green. He graduated from Fort Pierce, FL in 1954. He moved to Stuart, FL and accepted a position as a mail handler at the United States Post Office where he worked for more than 20 years. Carl was a great family man and a loving father. He married Joyce in North Port, FL and the couple had 2 children together including Liny, who died at infancy. Carl was a social, active man who was deeply involved in supervision for the majority of his life. He enjoyed playing golf and his family and friends will all remember him as a kind, caring and loving person. A funeral will be scheduled for Carl in Stuart, FL in March.
