Carl E Jowell, 84 of Altamonte Springs, passed away at his home February 19, 2016. He was born in Johnson County Texas and was  known for wearing  his Stetson Hat.  Carl served in the US Air Force during The Korean Conflict.  By profession, he was in the construction industry.  He was National Sales Director for York HVAC International. A cancer survivor for 11 years he is survived by Jann Schmitt Jowell,  his daughters Cheryl Hinz of Sarasota, Fl, Brenda Pawlikowski and husband Greg of Shreveport, La and Carol Noble of Mt. Pleasant, S.C. grandchildren Jeremy Hinz, Northglenn, CO,  Joshua and Kayla Hinz,of Apopka, Daniel and Darren Pawlikowski of Shreveport, La,. Meredith Noble of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., great grandchildren, Torin, Caelyn and Bowen Pawlikowski. Burial  of ashes will be March 11 at the Louisiana Veterans Cemetary in Keithsville, LA
