Carl R., age 87, of North Riverside Drive passed away early Sunday morning on November 27, 2016.  He is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer, who was a veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam Wars, the holder of two Bronze Stars and 20 other medals and citations.  He is a retired Director of Public Works for the City of Edgewater, FL, and was President of MGA in1977 and also in 2001-2002. He enjoyed history and sports and was an avid Florida State University football fan, playing golf and spending time with his grandsons.  Carl is survived by his grandson, Ian Anderson; his granddaughter Carrie Hickson and her husband Jake and their two sons Finley and Brandt Hickson.  No services are planned at this time.
