Carl Joseph Spitale passed away on March 2, 2025, in Orlando, Florida at the age of 86 surrounded by his family. Born on April 3, 1938, in Jamestown, New York, Carl lived a full and meaningful life marked by dedication to faith, family, and career.

Carl met his wife, Elaine, at Kent State University. They were married for nearly 64 years living in New York, Illinois, and Florida. Carl had a successful career in sales, where his hard work and commitment earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his professional achievements, Carl proudly served in the Army and was honorably discharged, demonstrating his dedication to service.

Faith played an important role in Carl's life. He was an active member of St. Peter and Paul's Church, where he not only worshiped but also served the community with devotion. Every Sunday, he and his wife Elaine gathered their children and grandchildren for dinner, reinforcing the bonds of family and prayer.

Carl found great joy in golf and coaching his sons in baseball. His love for the game extended beyond play—he took pride in mentoring athletes and imparting lessons that reached far beyond the field. Above all else, he cherished time spent with his grandchildren, treasuring every laugh and shared moment. They will miss their Papa very much.

Carl is survived by his dedicated wife, Elaine; children Monique' Cartier, Maria Spitale, Ben Spitale, Jodi (Jon) Spitale, and Tanya Spitale; his brother Paul Spitale (Sandy) as well as numerous grandchildren who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts. Carl was predeceased by his parents, Ida and Ben Spitale, and brothers Jamie Spitale and Chic (John) Spitale.

Carl's legacy of love and dedication will endure in the hearts of all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those he leaves behind and may he rest in eternal peace.
