Carelen was broin Peekskill, New York. She seved our nation in the United States Air Force. She worked for IBM as an inventory administrator and software sysems instructor. She retired to this area in 1974. Carlene leaves to cherish her memory a daughter Kim Downs, three grandchildren Jason Downs, Danielle Downs, Jesse Downs and three great grandchildren. The family will have a Life Celebration at their home.
