Carmen Maria Rosado-Williams, 76, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away on June 22, 2026. She was born in New York City on March 20, 1950. and received an Associate’s degree from Bronx Community College. She also worked as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse until her retirement.

Carmen was married to her loving husband, Peter Williams, on October 12, 1991. Besides her family, Carmen was passionate about her Blue and Gold Macaw, Pepito, who she raised from 6 weeks old and is now 35 years old.

She is survived by her husband, Peter; her children, Felipe Florentino and Celina McDonald; and her grandchildren, Jocela McDonald and Joseph McDonald; as well as her brothers, William Rosado, Alex Rosado, Abraham Rosado, and Rolando Rosado.
