Carol Ann Cornelius (Leonard), 76, of Leesburg, FL passed away October 25, 2019.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 20, 1943 to William and Grace Leonard.  Carol was a fun loving beautiful soul, caring and kind with a great laugh, warm smile who loved her family deeply.  She worked at Lakeside Alternatives for 25 years and enjoyed traveling, dancing, karaoke, theater, cards, bingo and kazoos.  Carol was a member of AM Vets, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church  and St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church.  She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Robert; daughters, Laurie Goloversic (Joseph) of Clermont, FL and Melissa Jones (Dax) also of Clermont, FL; granddaughter, Lynsey Hazzard of Clermont, FL; brother, Robert Leonard Tobyhanna, PA and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Joan McGowan and brother William Leonard.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 16 ^th 11 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 720 12 ^th Street Clermont, FL 34711.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the National Kidney Foundation.  Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funerals & Cremations 1350 E.
