GOFF Carol A.,age 70, of Ormond Beach, FL passed away peacefully on August 13, 2016 and is preceded in death by her father,Lyle "Bill" Jacobs.  She is survived by her husband, Edward; her 5 sons, Tom (Joyce), Pat (Angel), Mike (Diana), Bill (Roxanne), and Eddie (Alicia); her mother, Evelyn Jacobs;  her brother, Paul (Renee) Jacobs; 17 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; her beloved dog, Rudy; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.  A memorial service for Carol will be held at a later date in Waterloo, New York.
