Carol Jean Keth, 83, of Eustis, FL, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct 2, 2026 with her husband at her side. Carol was born Carol Jean Craig on Dec, 17th, 1942 in Holden, MO to Marjorie and James Allan Craig. She was a dedicated elementary school teacher throughout her career, and she spent much of retirement traveling the country with her husband in their RV. She volunteered with organizing skeet shoots and the youth skeet camp for many years, and she was also an active volunteer with Florida Special Olympics. Carol enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and she was an avid reader in her downtime.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Don Craig, Thomas Craig, and Judy (Craig) Huffman. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Keth, her two daughters Susan and Sarah Keth, her grandchildren Alyssa Crist and Tucker Crist (Harleigh), and her great-granddaughter Saylor.
