Carol Lane, 63, passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2017.  She was born to George and Mabel Lane in Amittyville, NY on October 29, 1953.

Her love for helping others is what lead her to a career in Case Management.  Carol also enjoyed photography and loved to take pictures of her friends, family, and nature.  Spending time with friends and family is what brought her the most joy in her life, especially seeing her grandson Dalton.  During her visits with family, she loved to eat her son-in-law's homemade hamburgers while relaxing in a tie-dyed t-shirt, jeans, and baseball cap.  Her unique and loving spirit will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Lara(Dave)Hilaman; brother, Gary(Donna)Lane; grandson, Dalton and three nephews, Nick, Brian and Alex.  She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Randy Maximciuc.  She will be missed by many.  Private family services will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers please make donations in her name to Lakota Wolf Preserve. http://store.lakotawolf.com/donations
