Catherine F. Zecca, of Clermont, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14, 2026. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, great grandmother and a cherished friend to many.

Born in New York, Catherine carried her warmth, strength, and love of family throughout her life. She shared 68 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Silverio Zecca, a partnership built on devotion, loyalty, and enduring love.

Catherine will be remembered for her caring heart, her dedication to her family, and the kindness she showed to everyone around her. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and love, and her presence brought people together.

She is survived by her husband, Silverio, along with her 4 children Michael, Dennis, Steven, and Karen, 22 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and extended family, and many dear friends whose lives she touched deeply.

A Mass celebrating Catherine’s life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Following the Mass, family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Gabby’s Banquet & Event Facility.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in memory of Catherine F. Zecca be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
