Charlene Remington of Tavares, Fl passed away surrounded by loved ones on Aug 3, 2019.  Charlene was born in Philadelphia, PA on Oct 19 1942 to Kenneth and Irene Smith.  Charlene is a beloved member of a large close knit family. She is known for her selfless displays of love and kindness toward us all.

Charlene is predeceased by her father Kenneth Smith.  She is survived by her husband Joseph Remington of Tavares Fl, mother Irene Smith-Schneider (Fl), son William and Laurie Cameron (NJ), daughter Roberta and Joe Burns (MD), daughter Lynette and Robert Lillis (NC), sister Beverley Bersticker (SC), sister Carole and Joseph Christ (PA), brother Kenneth and Kathy Smith(PA), grandchildren Samantha Cameron, Mackenzie Cameron, Stephanie Dirienzi, Joseph Mandelson, Jamie Mandelson.  Amanda Cross, Christopher Lillis, James Lillis, Bethany Lillis and Robert Lillis Jr., great-grandchildren Melana Lillis, Tanner Cross, Conner Cross, nephews Robert Christ, Richard D'Anjollel, nieces Lisa Hall and Laura Jean Evans, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

A family gathering will be held on Mon Aug 12, 2019 at 11am at Baldwin Brothers funeral home in Tavares, Fl. An interment ceremony will follow at 130pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fl.
