Charles E. Bristow Jr. (Charlie) Originally from Elmira, NY and recent resident of Daytona Beach FL. Patriarch of 5 Bristow family generations who loved his family with abundance and devotion. The last of our Great Generation family member(s).

Devoted and Loving husband with bride Marian (pre-deceased) of 65 years, Father of 5 surviving children: John Bristow (Peggy), Jerome Bristow (Dr. Laura Adolfie), James Bristow (Janet), Joanne Vaughn (Brian), Janelle Sowder (Jeffrey), Grandfather of 36 children – Michael Townes (Ginger), Scott Townes (Janine), Mary Meador (Jeff) Jerome Bristow, Jr (Tomoko), Amy Nadder (Vince), Joey Bristow (Melissa), Carrie Wyatt, Angela Merkel (Josh), Jennifer Rice (Dr. Linda Baum), Jennifer Smeal (Jason), Jamison Bristow (Faith), Jonathan Bristow (Beth), Jessica Dinkelacker, Danielle Taylor (Joshua), Dominic Dinkelacker (Sherri Hollandsworth), Elizabeth Beane (Robert), Jeremy Sowder (Amanda), Joshua Sowder (Lauren), Jared Sowder (Kielee Lambers), Jani Sowder

Navy and World War II veteran – lifelong member of over 70 years of Knights of Columbus (4th Degree). Love for all family members first with a passion for all things baseball especially Cincinnati Reds and Tampa Bay Rays.

A man of faith whose love and vibrancy was felt by so many. May his memory continue to live through us all.
