Charles Alan Van Dusen, age 63, of Zellwood, FL passed away on July 28, 2024, at Advent Health Hospice Altamonte Springs, FL. He was born and grew-up in Johnson City, New York. He graduated from Johnson City High School and attended the State University of New York at Delhi.

Charley was a roofing contractor with his father until he retired. He loved his family and was a devoted son to his parents. His hobbies were sailing, fishing, taking care of his pets, and gardening. He was a member of Lions International. Charley was a giving and caring person all of his life.

Charley was predeceased in death by his brother UTCN John P. Van Dusen (1968) and parents William (April 2013) and Betty (May 2023). He is survived by his sisters Cheryl E (Ronald) Gifford, Janet M (David) Corley, Christine L Van Dusen, and brother William R Van Dusen, Jr. His niece Laura Van Dusen Frost, and nephews James D Gifford, Michael A Gifford, and Michael V Van Dusen and Great-nephews and nieces; Cody Frost, Jessica Frost, Aden Van Dusen, Lilian Gifford, Andrew Gifford, and Kolden Van Dusen. Also, many cousins.

Charles will be interned next to his brother in Vestal Memorial Park, New York.
