Charles Echert, Jr. 89, of The Villages passed away June 25, 2016. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII and is survived by his wife, Donna; 4 children, Donna Dandurand, Deborah Barry, Lida Bard, John Eckert and 3 grandchildren.
