Charles Edward Francis, 73, of 301 South Bay St. in Eustis passed away on August 20, 2020. "Chuck" first of nine was born in Midland, MI on March 17, 1947 (Saint Patrick's Day) to Lewis E. and June Mills Francis of Mount Dora. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and Son, "Eddie" Charles E. Francis, Jr. He leaves behind four brothers and two sisters in Eustis, Mount Dora, Jacksonville, and Deep River, CT. Brother Chuck with his sharp mind right to his passing and was the first born and will be missed.
