Obituary
Charles Michael Jacovina, age 84, passed on October 21st, 2022, in Port Orange, FL.
'Chuck' was born on July 9 th , 1938 in New York City to parents Charles and Loretta Jacovina.
He is preceded in death by his parents; spouse Elizabeth A. Jacovina; and brother Anthony.
Chuck is survived by his brother Richard, his children Elizabeth, Patricia, Charles and Krista, and grandchildren, Anna Rose and William.
He will forever be in the hearts of his family and friends.
A remembrance service will be held at 11:00am on November 12 th at the Catholic Church of the Epiphany. The family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the National MS Society.
