Charles Ernest Knight, 73 of North Fort Myers, formerly of Nashua, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on October 15, 2021, at Hope Hospice. Charlie was born in Keene, New Hampshire to the late Ernest Charles and Mabel (Nee Moore) Knight. After graduation from high school, he drafted to the US Army and was active duty during the Vietnam War. Charlie met the love of his life Eva H. Brayton whom he married in 1970. Charlie had a long-held dream of living in Southwest Florida that became a reality in 2000. He was an avid collector of many items and always wanted to own a classic muscle car. He made this dream a reality when he purchased a 1968 Chevelle Malibu. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years Eva A. Knight; his daughters, Lisa A. Colburn, husband Gifford, Sr. and Tina Knight; his grandchildren Gifford, Jr, and Trinity. He is also survived by a host a friends, co-workers and neighbors that were glad to know him. Family and friends are invited to honor Charlie's life at Baldwin Brothers – Cape Coral, on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, with a visitation beginning at 1 PM, a funeral service at 2 PM.
