Charles L. Koeller Sr. 72, of Ormond Beach passed away on August 25, 2015. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 27, 1943 to Robert Donald Koeller and Mabel Lucile (Branch) Koeller.
Charles is survived by his son Charles L. Koeller Jr. of Ormond Beach.
