Charles was born in York, Maine. He came to this area in 1990 from Texas. Charles served our nation in the US Army and worked in electrical construction. He leaves to cherish his memory brothers Jeff and Christy Rainville, Kevin Rainville, RObert Rainville, step-father Frank White, nephew Jeff Rainville, Jr and Partner Leann. Life Celebration will be 12 Noon Saturday, January 28 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach.
