Charles “Chuck” G. Weiss, Jr., a man of quiet strength and enduring love, passed away at the age of 78 in his Lady Lake, Florida home, leaving behind a life that will be remembered most for the people he cherished. A New York native Chuck carried with him a steady spirit and a deep sense of purpose throughout his life. He dedicated many years of service to St. Joseph College, where his work and presence left a lasting impression on those around him. Retirement never marked an end for him, but rather a continuation of a life grounded in family, reflection, and appreciation for the moments that mattered most.

He is survived by his son Charles “Chad” Weiss III; daughter Dawn (Jack) Godbey; sisters Linda (Tony) Cacioppo, and Janine (Lee) Woodliff; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews who cherished him and will carry his memory forward. He was preceded in death by his parents Lillian Weiss and Charles Weiss Sr.; as well as his brother Fred (Marilyn) Weiss. Those who knew him will remember his steady nature, his quiet wisdom, and the way he showed love not always in words, but in presence, reliability, and care. He will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
