Charles F., Jr. "Chuck", age 47, of New Smyrna Beach, FL formerly of Centereach, NY passed away on January 16, 2018.  Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Kerri Wolfrath; mother, Judith Wolfrath; three sisters, Lois Thompson, Sandra Edwards and Barbara Jeanne Alonso; five beautiful nieces and three handsome great nephews.  Chuck is predeceased by his father, Charles F Wolfrath, Sr.

A Celebration of Chuck's Life will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 2 PM at the Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1 North Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169, with a Gathering of Family and Friends starting at 1 PM.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Transplant Living Center, Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute.
