Charlotte M Billey, 62, of Ocala, FL and previously of Marion, OH, passed away peacefully in her sleep in her home on Tuesday September 21, 2016. Charlotte was born May 16,1954 in Geneva, NY to the late Sidney and Betty Wandell.

Charlotte loved spending time with her family, eating mystery jelly bellys with her grandson Charles, boating at Lake Erie, visiting Disney World and going to flea markets.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Sid Wandell. She is survived by her life partner, Robert LaVancha; 2 children Carl (Jennifer) Yancey and Tina Yancey; 5 grandchildren, Charles Yancey, Summer Yancey, Tyler (Dorothy) Hines, Pete (Taylor) Patistas and Joey Patistas; 1 brother, Barney Wandell and 1 sister Jeannie Polcyn.
