Charlotte Coulter went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 11 ^th , 2023, after a long illness. She was born in Syracuse, NY on December 16, 1954, to Garfield and Lillian Jones. She attended Solvay High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Panasoffkee.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Coulter; 5 children: Christopher Jones of Red Creek, NY, James (Kate) Coulter of Martville, NY, John Coulter of Weedsport, NY, Deborah (Joseph) Coulter of Hannibal, NY, Christina (Michael) Haney of Phoenix, NY; brother, John (Mary) Jones of Bremerton, WA; sister, Carol Jones of Niagara Falls, NY; 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed raising French Bulldogs for over 20 years.
