Cheryl Rene Fountain, 52, after a 3-year battle with cancer passed away into Jesus's arms Tuesday, August 14, 2018. She is survived by Daniel Fountain, her high school sweetheart and husband of 34 years; daughter Lacey Hollingsworth (Keith), son Daniel Jr; grandchildren, Kaleb, Cody, Haylee, and Chase; mother Carol Collins (John); father Charles Gruzalski (Kathy); sister Carla Kick (Michael), brother Chad Gruzalski and grandmother Helen Gruzalski. She graduated Mainland High in 1983, and later earned degree at Daytona State as an Occupational Therapist.

Cheryl was a blessing to all who knew her, a caring, loving, fun, and beautiful person. She loved the water especially boating and scalloping. Spending time with grandkids, the movies, and having cared for special needs children were among her favorite things. She will be greatly missed.

Her memorial service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 4pm at Tomoka Christian Church, Hand Ave, Ormond Beach, FL.
