Chris Barnes, 94, of Cape Coral, FL passed away on October 28, 2017. He was born on September 21, 1923 in Providence, RI. After his 4-year stint in the Navy during WWII, Chris went to Broadcast School and worked in Radio and TV in Providence, RI. In 1968 Chris and his family moved to Cape Coral and he helped put WBBH (NBC2) on the air. He worked in the Ft Myers TV market for 30 years. He is survived by his son Kerry, his daughter Lyn and granddaughter Kaitlyn. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Affordable Cremations by Baldwin Brothers, Ft. Myers, FL.
