Chris Lewis Beck, 75 of Edgewater, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on May 16, 2026. He was born on July 6, 1950 in Ashtabula, Ohio to Harold Beck and Ruth Wetherington.

Chris retired from Winn Dixie after 45 years of service.

In 1980, Chris married the love of his life, Robin. Together they shared 46 years of wedded bliss. He is survived by his children, Stephen (Catrina), William, Daniel (Jenna), Jennifer (Chad), Kristen and Jason. Chris was lucky enough to have 12 grandchildren, (Josh, Lauren, Reegan, Haley, Samara, Alexis, Maddox, Leilani, Gwendolyn, Ryan, Anna and Eli) and two great- grandchildren. He is also survived by his three sisters, Sharon, Cindy and Cathy. He is preceded in death by his father Harold Beck, step-father, Norvell Wetherington and mother Ruth Wetherington along with two brothers, William Beck and Michael Beck.

Chris was known for making everyone feel welcomed and his sense of humor made everyone laugh. He was also a family man who loved his family more than anything in the world. He enjoyed his grandchildren to the fullest and on any given day you could find him on his Harley Davidson.

Chris was a bright light, the world will be a little dimmer without him. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
