Christianson – Clara 'Mickie' , age 89, a longtime resident of Seaford, New York, died peacefully in her home surrounded by family in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, on March 11 ^th , 2023.

Mickie was the loving wife of the late Kenneth. Loving mother of Ken (and wife Karen). Cherished grandmother of Emma, and the late Kenneth and Max. Loving sister of Ann, and the late Jack, Al, Toonie, and Billy. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mickie was a good-hearted woman always helping others.  She and her husband Kenneth took in many people to live with them throughout their lives together.  She also provided childcare to many children within her community.  She was a devoted member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Wantagh, New York.  She was an avid lover of Mickie Mouse and the Lawrence Welk show.

Mickie spent the final months of her life cared for by her son Ken and daughter-in-law Karen, with the support of Hospice Care in their home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 18 ^th , from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home, 1 N Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169.
