Clara L. Locke, 84, of Citrus Springs, FL passed away August 14, 2020.  She was born in Elkhart, IN to Howard and Clara (Ritchie) Westlake.  She retired from driving trucks with her husband, Harry A. Locke who preceded her in death by 6 days.  She is survived by her children, Thomas Earl of Seattle, WA, Kenneth Earl, Jr. of Niles, MI, Roger Hankins and Sandra Hankins of Denver, NC.; siblings, Juanita (Mickey) Westlake m. Milford (Doc) Myrick (both deceased), Harvey Nelson Westlake m. Jackie Nelson (Harvey is deceased), Joy Westlake m. George Wheelock, John Oswalt, Jr., Harold Eugene Penn, Brian Mapes (all deceased except Brian Mapes), Joyce Glora Westlake m. Lindell "Buss" Otto Myrick, Perry Tubbs (both deceased), William (Bill) Wayne Westlake m. Joanna Price, Jamice Vantine (both deceased), Thomas "Tom" Royer Westlake m. Sherral Stamotovitch, Sherri Kay Sheffield (Tom is deceased), John Stanley Westlake m.
