Claudia Marie Leedy, age 74, of The Villages, FL, passed away suddenly and peacefully in her sleep at home on June 12, 2023. Claudia was born on July 24, 1948 to her parents, Charles Conrad Heading and Mary Ellen (Blanton) Heading in Hamilton, Ohio. She retired from ARMCO Steel in 2005 after 32 years in the Data Processing and Accounting departments. After retirement she relocated from Middletown, OH to The Villages, FL where she enjoyed playing golf, bowling, traveling and being deeply involved in her neighborhood's social activities. She especially loved being able to spend time with family whom she deeply loved. Her family and friends will always remember her as a very fun loving person who was always willing to help out others when needed. Claudia always had a special place in her heart for her many pets over the years and was a true animal lover.

Claudia is survived by her husband, Milford, also from Middletown, OH and now in The Villages, FL; daughters, Jennifer Stone(Joe), Rhonda Butcher(Shaun); Granddaughters, Kelsey(Jordan), Miranda(James), Savannah; Great Grandchildren, Sophia, Amelia, Madilyn, Theo;  and her sisters, Marilyn Boehm(Joel), Tina Gregory, both of Middletown; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Joyce Link.

Celebration of Life services will be held on July 8 ^th 11:00 AM at First Christian Church on Rosedale Road in Middletown, OH and on August 6 ^th 2:00 PM at El Santiago Recreational Center in The Villages, FL.
