Concepcion Frances affectionately known as "Ching" Frances left this world to join her husband, Amador Frances on February 28th, 2024.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother (lola), sister and friend.

Concepcion Frances was born on December 9th, 1941 to the late Jose Inza Cruz and Noli Duque in Santo Domingo, Nueva Ecijia Philippines.  She moved to the United States in the early 70s to Minnesota and eventually settled in Florida  She was an important part of the filipino community and was well loved among her friends.  Her love language was cooking and she fed every one that she knew.  She also loved to travel the world.

Concepcion is survived by her only daughter, Cynthia and her grandchildren Alexa, Sara, and Charles.  May she rest in peace.
