Connie Elaine Higham, 64, of Umatilla, passed away on April 4. She was born in Miami, Florida and moved to this area in 2000 from Pomeroy, Ohio. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Jamie Higham of Mount Airy, NC, mother, Dessie Denny and sister Lisa Waugh both of Umatilla, brothers, Royce Taliaferro of Fort McCoy, FL & Michael Taliaferro of Atlanta and 2 grandchildren. There will be a celebration of her life on April 29th at 3:00 pm at the Southeast Marion Baptist Church, 15475 SE 182nd Avenue Rd , Umatilla, FL 32784
