Neil is preceded in death by "the love of his life", Frances. He was extremely proud of his daughter, Linda Lee Tonnesen (Mark) and of his son Frank (Linda), both residing in Fort Myers. They were at his side during his final journey. He is, also, survived by his younger brother Vincent (Martha) , of Springfield, Missouri, and four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. All will be together this summer to celebrate his life.
