Corrine Jo Petree of Cape Coral, FL, went to be with her son, Robbie Petree, when she peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.  Corrine was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, and friend.

Corrine began working at an early age doing odd jobs at a movie theater and grocery store until her brother-in-law, Dale, opened an auto parts store.  She handled the business portion with him for 15 years.  She continued working until her retirement.

Corrine is a sweet, caring, loving, giving, and incredibly kind person. She was passionate about her daughter and grandchildren and devoted so much of her life to making sure that they were well dressed and pressed (she loved clothing and enjoyed ironing), loved, and cared for.  She was also the best Elvis Presley fan and collected everything she could.

Corrine is survived by her husband, Tom Kenner.  Tom made sure she knew how devoted he was to her and her kids. He proved his love was true and unconditional.  They were married for 27 years.

Corrine is also survived by her devoted and loving daughter Karen (Chet) Fitch and grandchildren, Ashley Petree, Evan Twogood, and Noah Fitch.  She also leaves to cherish her loving memory, nieces, Stacy Roberts, Heidi Pinkerton, and Danette Walker, and nephew, Patrick Patterson, along with lifelong friends, Dinah (Larry) Ralston, Wayne Buchanan and Jessica Ralston.

Along with her beloved son, Corrine was preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances Thomas, and twin sister, Carolyn Pinkerton, and brother James Patterson.

The service in Colorado will be on July 18, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at the Crossroad Church, 10451 Huron Street, Northglenn, Colorado 80234.

Corrine's permanent location of rest will be at the Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
