Obituary

Daisy Pabon, 81, from The Villages, Florida, passed away on March 6, 2025. She was born on February 3, 1944, in Risaralda, Colombia to the late Ricardo and Amelia Morales. She was one of fourteen children and the first to come to the United States with her husband. Daisy is survived by her husband, Dr. Joseph Pabon, Sr.; children, Joseph Jr. (Tina) Pabon, Sandra (Patrick) Mackin, and Elizabeth (Fred) Jacobsen; grandchildren, Melanie (Nathan) McKim, Joshua (Julia) Mackin, Ryan, Caroline and Katherine Mackin, Rachel (Dcota) Sims, Lauren and Christian Jacobsen; great-grandchild, Kayden McKim, and loving host of extended family, friends and acquaintances.

Daisy was a homemaker and assisted in her husband's business. They raised their family in Indiana. She was a lifelong devoted Catholic who enjoyed bringing flowers and lighting candles in church. In The Villages, she picked up golf, and to everyone's amazement, this petite woman was hitting from the black tees and had a few aces surprising those who played with her. When not on the golf course, she traveled the world with Joseph marveling in God's splendor. She was a best friend and confidante to her adult children and a fun, dancing-loving nana. Her boisterous laugh and warm personality endeared everyone she met.

Daisy, along with all the love and joy she shared, will be dearly missed by those whose hearts she touched throughout her life. She will be cremated with Baldwin Brothers in The Villages. A celebration of life will be held this summer in South Florida.

Arrangements entrusted with BALDWIN BROTHERS Funeral & Cremation Society-Spanish Springs, 352-430-1449.  Sentiments are encouraged at www.baldwincremation.com .
