Dale V. Dempsey, 72, of Ocala passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, June 18, 2017.  Dale was born to Andrew and Mabel Dempsey on March 12, 1945 in Miami, Florida.  Dale was in the tourism industry and a casino executive. Dale had many things he loved but his favorites were boating, fishing, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends.  He was a member of friends of Lake Diamond.  Dale spent three years serving his country proud in the Navy.  He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Agatha Dempsey;  4 daughters, Sheryl Page (Dennis), Cynthia (Michael) Murray, Marion Nelson (Thomas) and Denise Kotowski-Dye (Randy); brothers, James Patrick Dempsey, Richard Sindone (Ruth); sisters, Mary Ellen Dempsey, Roseann Smith (Rudy), JoAnn Boyd, sister-in-law Mary Dempsey and Aunt Dorothy Spon (94) and cousins. (Deceased) Jack and David Dempsey and Margie Thomas. Survived by 8 grandchildren, Eric Mason, Crystal Fox, Michael Maddox, Daniel Kotowski II, Justin Nelson, Sebastian Nelson, Brooke Kotowski, and Destiny Dempsey; nine great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and beloved family and friends.
