The Raven Lives On – A Tribute to Davey Strehler
Born on December 7, 1990, in Switzerland, Davey Strehler was an artist from the very start. Creativity flowed through him like a river, taking shape in music, portraiture, and every art form he touched. But it was in music that The Raven was born—a voice that soared beyond boundaries, capturing the hearts of millions. His songs were more than melodies; they were emotions set free, a symphony of his soul. Fans and fellow artists alike were drawn to his undeniable charisma, his electric presence, and the kindness he poured into every note.
Davey loved his fans with all his heart. You were his family, his light.
But as with all bright stars, darkness tried to claim him too soon. A cruel fate stole him away , yet his spirit remains—woven into every song, every lyric, every heartbeat of his music. He was a deep thinker, a generous soul who found solace in the whisper of trees, the love of animals, and the beauty of humanity. He wept for the suffering of others, and now, it is our turn to carry forward his legacy.
Davey dreamed of creating a foundation to help children and teenagers battling OCD—a battle he understood too well. The Davey Strehler Foundation is now in the making, turning his vision into a force of hope and healing. His final gift to the world, his last album, Collective, remains unreleased. We must fight to share his voice, his truth, and his final masterpiece "Collective" will be released with all funds being donated to cure OCD .
Davey's journey took him from Switzerland to California at just nine years old, where he embraced the thrill of extreme sports—motocross, skateboarding (even learning from the legendary Tony "The Bird" Hawk ), paragliding, and becoming the youngest master scuba diver. He lived fearlessly, loved endlessly, and created passionately . But he was also fragile, a soul too kind for a world that could be cruel. In the end, the jealousy and manipulation of two individuals led to his downfall. But they do not deserve to be named . Only love should be remembered.
His story does not end here . His music still sings. His novel will soon find its way into your hands. And when you look up at the night sky, know this— The Raven still soars .
Forever loved, forever remembered. Listen to his songs, speak his name, and let his spirit live on .
With all my heart, Gaby Strehler – Davey's #1 Fan, his mom, his forever love.
Surviving family members, friends, and fans: oldest brother Issac and his wife Inara, his sister Gabita, his niece Sarita, nephews Jacob, Daniel, and Sebastian, his grandmother Unice, his mentor/best friend Philipe, and Steve, Norman, and more than 4000 Fans around the world will keep your light alive forever!!
