David Lawrence Neal passed away August 23, 2019.  He was born February 4, 1945 in Bangor, Maine.  He was a long-time resident of Leesburg, Florida.

He is survived by his wife Sandra J Neal, daughter Suzanne Pitts, son David Neal, Son-in-law Brian Pitts, Daughter-in-law Allison Neal, grandchildren Alex, Eric and Lauren Pitts – Bentley and Easton Neal, brother Edward Laliberte, Aunt Beverly Martin and many additional loving relatives.

David was a proud veteran of the Army and Vietnam War. He continued his service to his community throughout his lifetime.  He was past President Mid Florida Lakes Hight Twelve, past President Florida State High Twelve, past Vice President International High Twelve, past President Lake County Shrine Club and present Senior Warden Umatilla Masonic Lodge.

Per David's preference, no funeral service will be held.
