David Lincoln Price, 84, passed away peacefully on Dec 20th, 2022. Born May 31 ^st ,  1938, son of Henry and Berdina (Cain) Price of Madison, ME, where David later attended school. David spent most of his adult life living and working in and around Athol, MA.  He was captain of the volunteer fire department in Athol for twenty years and always ready to help anyone. David married his best friend, Claire (McCollor) Price, and they were together for 48 years. Claire was his loving caretaker for the past seven years after becoming ill. David was an outdoor person who loved fishing, hunting and golf.  He was a wonderful father, husband, and provider. David had a wonderful sense of humor even throughout his illness.

David was predeceased by his parents; older brother, Charles Price; and his oldest daughter, Lisa Williard.

He is survived by his sons, Derek Price of San Diego, CA, David Price and wife Rolanda of Baldwinville, MA; his daughter, Ann Hebert of Texas; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Gary Price and wife Ruby of Madison, ME, Rachel McCollor and husband Merle, Raejean Price of Shirley, MA, and James Price and wife Linda of Canaan, ME.

David will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of life for David will be held at a later date.
