David Taylor Schellhase, 79, of Deland, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21st. Born on November 3, 1946, in Canton, Ohio, David was the son of William R. and Elizabeth Taylor Schellhase and the younger brother of Richard Schellhase.

David was known for his kindness, generosity, and devotion to his family and friends. He founded Automotive Trim Extras, serving customers throughout South Florida from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach. In retirement, he enjoyed traveling the country on his beloved Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

David is survived by his loving wife, Lindsay Dalton Schellhase; his two stepdaughters; and five cherished grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
