David L. Slattery, 74, loving, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend

went peacefully to the Lord Wednesday August 21, 2019 in The Villages, FL. Among his many interests were his passions for golf and bowling which he shared with his wife Kathy and many friends. David was a fearless hunter and avid Boston Red Sox fan. David loved spending time with family, especially his loving daughter Shannon, her husband, Zack, and grandsons, Killian and Maverick. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard, serving his country proudly. He will be sadly missed, but we rejoice in his heavenly reward. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages, FL.
