Dave was an all-around sports guy; his love of golf and football was a joy to watch. Dave loved Nascar and frequently went to Daytona with friends. He even drove one. Dave played football in high school and hung onto his jersey, pulling it out every now and then to show it off. Dave was a jokester; he was always making everyone laugh. He filled every room he walked into with laughter.

Dave's heart was huge, and his love of family spilled from him in abundance. He was first and foremost a husband and father. His children were his world. Fishing for hours with them and making sure they had the "ice cream of the day". He spent countless hours coaching his kids from the sidelines. He traveled to every soccer game and rowing competition enjoying the hours in the car with his beloved children. They were his world. Dave was an amazing uncle and earned the name Uncle Dave-a-wave. He was the favorite Uncle.

Celebration of life to be held at a future date.
