David L. Wood, 81, of The Villages, FL, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025.

Born September 15, 1943, in River Falls, WI, he was the son of the late Walter and Elaine Wood (Clausen).

David was a devoted husband, father, stepfather, step-grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Wood; daughters Susan Wood and Melissa Lally (Eric); step-grandchildren Theodore Nenov and Christina Nenov; and step-granddaughter Rose Menkes, affectionately known as "Miss Delightful."

He also leaves behind his brothers Robert and Richard Wood (Nancy), brother-in-law Kevin Cunnally (Mary, deceased), niece Katie Wood, and great-nephew Walter Kriensen.

David was a CPA and a passionate lover of music. He was known for his humor, generosity, and deep commitment to the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous, which he shared for 36 years. He lived a life of service, joy, and faith.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 12 noon

at Savannah Center, 1545 Buena Vista Blvd N, The Villages, FL 32162.
