Deborah Susan (Creed) Frazier passed away August 26, 2021, at Leesburg Regional Medical Center-North at age 67 years. Born February 17, 1954, in Welch, West Virginia. Daughter of the late Shade and Selma Creed. She was the loving and devoted wife of LTC. Herbert E Frazier for 48 years. She is survived by her brother Hurbert Creed and wife Rose of Janesville, WI, sister Peggy Knight of Deer Park, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. She was an avid tennis player and a born-again Christian.

Friends may visit with the family Friday, September 3, 2021, at Grace Bible Baptist Church, 1703 Lewis Rd, Leesburg, FL 34748, from 10AM to service time at 11AM, Pastor George Mulford officiating. Burial in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
