Deborah Elaine Kell, 68, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 16 ^th , 2022 after a long illness. She is predeceased by her husband, Ronald L. Kell, and sister, JoAnne Bullock. She is survived by her mother, Betty, her grandson Jackson Kell, sister, Laurie Ferreira, brother, Thomas Sears, sister Ann Costa, her aunt, uncle, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Deborah (Debbie) was a bubbly, energetic, animal lover. Her family meant everything to her and her grandson was her whole world.

The family will be holding a celebration of life ceremony to honor her memory at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please contact daughter Brandi directly.
