Deborah Lynn Neff passed away on October 11, 2020 after a difficult struggle with Lewy body dementia. As a lifelong stylist and cosmetologist, Debbie was known for her brilliant and creative mind. She was an expert on all things fashion, style, color, and beauty. She touched so many lives and is remembered for her welcoming and warm heart, for her individual and adventurous spirit, for her easy and natural charm, and for her beliefs in a fundamental greater good, God, heaven, and angels. Debbie is survived by her brothers and sister, her loving extended family, her many dear friends, and her son, who was her world. May she live on in our memories and hearts, forever an angel.
