Debra Lorraine Williams, 62, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018. Debra was born on February 28, 1955 in Monticello, Indiana, to parents, Delbert and Thelma Collard. She has always loved all animals, but cats and horses were her favorite. Debra loved thoroughbred horses in particular, and spent most of her life re-training ex-racehorses. Some of her other passions were listening to music from the 1980's and fashion design.

Debra is predeceased by her father, Delbert Collard.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Williams; by her mother, Thelma; by her children, Sara and Josh; by her brothers, Mike and Delbert, Jr.; by two grandchildren; by her step-daughter and step-son; by her six step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. It goes almost without saying that Debra will be greatly missed by those whose lives she has touched.

Any services for Debra in the future are private at this time and at the discretion of her family.
